Terrible customer relations

How you deny a long standing customer service with no heat in the middle of the winter because of a open balance is very sad

Marvin was unbelievable

Good Morning, I am sorry you feel this way. Your vent pipe is completely rotted. Replacement was not possible. Delivering to a tank with that pipe is extremely dangerous and puts your home at risk for an oil spill. We are committed to safe deliveries. The service department will reach out to you today. What does the enhanced service contract cover?

I pay extra for an enhanced service contract. However, almost every time I have a repair , it is not covered. This time around I was informed that the piece that was broken was broken previously, but that was never told to me. So, it was merely capped so it wouldn’t leak. However, the boiler stopped functioning correctly as a result. Not sure why this repair was deferred and never disclosed. On the positive side, the technician, Frank, was very good. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Really good experience

Marwin recently diagnosed and tuned up our heating system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He even checked our oil tank, which had not been done by anyone in the past. Our system was long overdue to be tuned up (unfortunately, we were not contacted about our scheduled tune ups, so moving forward, we need to take matters in our own hands on that front). Getting our system tuned up also took several weeks to get done - which is understandable given the time of year. Marwin is a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
